Simple Solutions for Anna’s Water Entry and Mould

Everyone told Anna she had to spend thousands of dollars digging around her foundation walls, and inviting the guys in the white suits to do mould remediation. I found the simple, inexpensive solutions for Anna in about 2 minutes.

A series of openings at the top of the block foundation walls had been allowing water entry – especially snowmelt water entry – for many years.

See that little opening above the knife?

That’s the hole where the water goes. After executing a number of simple, inexpensive steps such as sealing the obvious holes and getting all her eaves trough water away from the home - Anna was able to dry out her basement and eliminate moulds.
