• Are you a graduate of a Civil Engineering Technology, Architectural Technology diploma program?
  
  (or)

• Are you a graduate of an Architecture or Civil Engineering degree program?
  

• Are you in good physical condition?
  It will be necessary to carry a ladder through deep snow, dig snow away from foundation walls, crawl through attics and crawlspaces, and much more!

• Are you afraid of spiders and snakes?
  We encounter some interesting creatures while thoroughly investigating crawlspaces and attics.

• Are you willing to take courses with the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors to augment and support your engineering/architectural education?
  
  
  
• Do you have exemplary report-writing skills?
